2012 Convention Information | |

The MATR 38th Annual Convention, Meeting and Trade Show will be held Nov. 16-18, 2012 at Camden on the Lake, Lake Ozark, MO. We are hoping that you will exhibit, and/or sponsor a function at our Trade Show. Hotel Information Our discounted room rate at Camden on the Lake is $95.00 for King and $125.00 for one bedroom Suite (plus taxes). Please make your reservations by calling 1-888-365-5620. Be sure to identify yourself as a MATR member. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Camden on the Lake will hold our block of rooms until the cut-off date of October 17, 2012. After that date, rooms will be subject to availability. Please be sure to reserve your room early. Trade Show / Exhibitors Information We invite you to be an exhibitor at the MATR Trade Show. For the fee of $325.00, exhibitors will receive a booth (one 6ft table) placed inside the exhibit hall. MATR has scheduled time on Friday as well as time on Saturday for members to tour exhibitors' booths. If you would like to exhibit at MATR's Annual Meeting, please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form. Mail your completed form and check to MATR. Exhibitors may purchase individual meal packages for $100.00 per person. 2012 Forms - Pending Sponsor Information In addition to exhibiting, MATR is also soliciting sponsorships for different events such as Friday evening reception, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Reception, and Entertainment. Please complete the Sponsorship Form and mail with your check to MATR.
