The MATR 36th Annual Convention, Meeting and Trade Show will be held November 5-7, 2010 at Camden on the Lake, Lake Ozark, Missouri and we're hoping that you will join us, exhibit, and/or sponsor a function at our Trade Show.

Hotel Information

Our discounted room rate at Camden on the Lake is $99.00 for King, $119.00 for King Suite, and $129 for double room suites (plus tax). It is up to you to reserve your own sleeping room. You can phone in reservations at 1-888-365-5620 but be sure to identify yourself as a MATR member. The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 p.m. Camden on the Lake will hold our block of rooms until the cut-off date of OCTOBER 6, 2010. After that date, rooms will be subject to availability. Please be sure to reserve your room early.

Trade Show / Exhibitors Information

We invite you to be an exhibitor at the MATR Trade Show. For the fee of $295.00, exhibitors will receive a booth (one 6-ft. table) placed inside the exhibit hall. MATR has tentatively scheduled 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5, as well as 7:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. and 12:00 – 1:30 pm on Saturday, November 6 as times for members to tour exhibitors' booths. This year exhibitors are also welcomed to join us on our Dinner Cruise Saturday evening.

If you would like to exhibit at MATR's Annual Meeting, please complete the enclosed Exhibitor Registration Form. Mail your completed exhibitor form and check to the MATR office. Exhibitors may purchase individual meal packages for $85.00 per person.

Sponsor Information

In addition to exhibiting, MATR is also soliciting sponsorships for different events such as Friday evening reception, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Reception, and Cruise. Please complete the enclosed Sponsorship Form and mail along with your check to the MATR office. Sponsors will be recognized on the MATR website with a link to their company's website.
